FitFest Winter is here, and this edition is bringing the Fit Fest energy indoors for an unforgettable afternoon of movement, competition, and community inside Ottawa’s premier rock climbing gym.

This isn’t just another workout event. FitFest Winter is a fully immersive fitness experience designed to keep you active, connected, and challenged through the colder months.
When you arrive, you’ll receive a wristband that assigns you to a team. From there, your team will rotate through multiple fitness stations every few minutes, giving everyone the chance to experience every zone.
Expect rotations through:
- Pilates
- Strength training
- Functional training
- Indoor rock climbing
- And a few surprise stations we’ll reveal on arrival
Along the way, you’ll take part in friendly competitions, earn raffle entries, and compete for grand prizes. With music, food, goodie bags, vendors, and high-energy vibes throughout, the experience is designed to keep things moving from start to finish.
This is a limited-capacity event, and tickets will sell out.
